A Bang Out Of New Year’s

KONICA MINOLTA DIGITAL CAMERAWhen I realized that I was scheduled to write the New Year’s Day post over at the Muffin, I was like, “Dang. I just wrote about New Year’s.”

I’m not gonna lie; I was a little stumped. But then I took a long, hot bath and bang!  “Before You Look Forward, Take a Look Back” came to me.

Also, it occurred to me to check my Muffin calendar a wee bit more regularly.

So Happy New Year’s, friends! May 2015 be filled with sparkly words and glittering sales, and most especially, may you find where your heart–and pen–is leading you!

Writers Jingle Bell Rock!

Some of you are downright euphoric, coming off a November of major writing accomplishments, whether it be 30 plus picture book ideas or 50,000 plus words for your novel!

Some of you…not so much.

I won’t say what camp I fell into this year. I’m just going to direct you to “Counting Your Writing Blessings” over at The Muffin. I smiled, writing that post and thinking up blessings. I hope you’ll smile, too, after following the directions.
