Neil Gaiman and Writing Quotes

A few minutes ago, I saw a picture of Neil Gaiman on Facebook. And under that picture, I read a quote. (Thanks, Lisa!) Which reminded me that I saved a Neil Gaiman quote a few days ago. To wit:

“Remember: when people tell you something’s wrong or doesn’t work for them, they are almost always right. When they tell you exactly what they think is wrong and how to fix it, they are almost always wrong.”
— Neil Gaiman

I think that’s a very nifty quote for writers. And I do so enjoy nifty writing quotes, don’t you? So you might want to lift your writing spirits with a quote or two or seventy from this wonderful site called (very aptly), Writing Quotes.

And all because I was fooling around on Facebook instead of writing. Isn’t writing a funny business?
