I’m feeling just a tad crazy this Friday, (two words: puppy + training) so Susanna Leonard Hill’s March Madness Contest is the perfect fit for this Friday’s Fun Find.
And all you have to do is write a crazy, fractured fairy tale, no longer than 400 words, on a springtime theme (or not, completely up to you). And the prizes? Oh, my White Rabbit!
A critique by an agent, critiques by esteemed authors, Amazon gift cards, signed picture books…well, it’s insane all the prizes Susanna’s piled up. So write your fractured fairy tale and post it on your blog between March 20th and March 24th.
I mean, you’d be crazy to pass up this deal. And if you’ve also been trying to house train a puppy who takes his business very literally, then you might need a break.
Awww… you gotta love this face! Maybe he just misunderstood the potty concept. 🙂
Hahhaa! Oh, she understands the concept perfectly, Juliana. It’s just become of war of wills!
I think that puppy is being blamed for a crime he did not commit. I think someone else tore up all that tissue (perhaps Mr. H, after cutting himself shaving, shredded up some tissue to dab onto his face?).
The pup is innocent. Everyone knows it. Just look into his angelic eyes…
Yep, Sioux, she has that “who, me?” look down pat. 🙂
Oh my goodness, I had to laugh at that picture! We have a puppy who is OBSESSED with toilet paper. Takes an end and RUNS until he gets caught! It’s truly like having a toddler in the house. Such a riot!
And it has been a while since I’ve had to deal with toddlers, Kelly–I’m WAY out of practice! 🙂
This fractured fairy tale thing sounds like great fun—and I know it is right up your alley. 🙂 Also, that is one seriously cute doxie. AND a cute haircut. I love your new do!
